At Pop-Up Studio, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we have streamlined our process to ensure your shopping experience remains effortless.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Drop Off the Shipment
Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point; we will notify you once the shipment is scanned and en route back to our studio.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
